Welcome to NAO AYURVEDA! I am beyond thrilled to be launching this healing company that has been many years in the making. Our mission is to spread the ancient knowledge and wisdom of Ayurveda to the community and to the world. I have been busy concocting and stirring up all kinds of organic, Ayurvedic goodness, and I am SO ready for you to fall in love with the products.

I am eternally grateful to friends and family who believe in me and have shared their talents to help me get NAO off the ground. I am also grateful to my teachers Dr. Naina Marballi, and Dr. Vasant Lad, who inspired its creation, and who have opened my eyes and heart to the magic and wisdom of Ayurveda.
