DIRECTIONS:

• Begin at the soles of the feet, as they have many nerve endings that benefit from stimulation.

• Starting at the feet, use sweeping motions up the legs and arms, brushing towards the heart.

• Brush upwards from the lower back, and downwards from the neck (always towards the heart).
