DIRECTIONS: Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add 1 teaspoon of Vedic Detox Tea, then reduce to a simmer. Let simmer on low for 10 minutes with the lid on. Remove from heat, strain and serve into a mug or thermos. Drink throughout the day for daily detoxification.
